Charles Tuer Investigations offers the services of a licensed, private detective to the attorneys, businesses, private citizens and insurance industry in the State of Pennsylvania. I m here to assist you with process service, digital video surveillance, skip tracing and in-depth investigations for criminal, civil and domestic cases. I have experience with everything from infidelity and child custody to missing persons, insurance claims, and wrongful death investigations. I regularly serve legal documents issued by federal, state and local courts from across the country.

I am a member of the International Association of Process Servers, the National Association of Investigative Specialists, and the Fraternal Order of Police. With thousands of hours of surveillance experience, hundreds of hours of specialized investigative training, and twenty-two years of law enforcement experience, I am capable and qualified to assist you with your case.
